Whether you’re brand new or looking to deepen your connection with plant medicine, this experience is designed to be simple, approachable, and empowering.
During this workshop, you’ll:
• Learn the basics of starting and nurturing your own herbal plants
• Explore the benefits and traditional uses of yarrow, peppermint, stinging nettle, and chamomile
• Get your hands in the soil and create your own starter plants to take home

Bend & Breathe Yoga with Mollie
Bend & Breathe Yoga with Mollie at Vitality Wellness Apothecary & Market is a gentle, beginner-friendly class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Through simple stretches, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, this class supports flexibility, eases stiffness, and encourages relaxation. Perfect for anyone new to yoga or looking for a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and restore balance.
Mollie Densley has been walking the path of yoga for over 25 years and teaching for more than a decade. Trained in Hatha, Hot, Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, and 12-Step Recovery Asana, her studies also extend into Pranayama, Sanskrit, Chakras, Meditation, and the Vedas.
Her intention is simple yet sacred: to guide students back home to themselves. Through breath, mindful movement, and intentional stillness, Mollie encourages connection between body, mind, and spirit. She believes yoga is not just a practice — it is a way of understanding who we are.

During this workshop, Kelley will demonstrate how to make fermented garlic, flavorful herbal mocktails, and nourishing herbal protein bars—showing how herbs can be both practical and magical in daily life.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to feel more confident using herbs beyond teas and tinctures. You’ll leave inspired with new ideas for adding herbal goodness into your meals, snacks, and sips in approachable, delicious ways.
