Ingredients:Nettle, Chamomile, Oatstraw, Lemon Balm, Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle.
Boil 8-10 oz of water. Add 1-2 teaspoons to tea strainer. Add boing water and steep for 10 min. Strain. Sweeten with sugar or honey and enjoy!
